1. How We Process Your Order
Once you place an order on cloryco.com, we start preparing it right away.
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday).
During festive seasons or big sales, processing may take a little longer because of high order volumes.
We always try our best to ship as fast as we can.
2. Where We Deliver
Right now, we ship all over India through trusted courier partners.
We don’t ship internationally yet, but we hope to in the future.
3. Delivery Timelines
After your order is shipped, the usual delivery time is:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other cities: 5–8 business days
Remote/Interiors: Up to 10 business days
Delivery times can change slightly due to weather, holidays, or courier delays, but we are always here to help you track your package.
4. Shipping Charges
Prepaid orders: Free standard shipping
COD orders: A small extra fee, shown at checkout

7. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners usually try two attempts.
If both attempts fail and the order returns to us, we’ll contact you to confirm your address before sending it again.
8. Correct Address Matters
Please enter your correct address and phone number at checkout.
Wrong or incomplete details can lead to delays, and we won’t be able to take responsibility for that.
9. If There’s a Delivery Issue
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
Contact us within 24 hours
If the package looks damaged during delivery, you can also refuse to accept it
